Rent Arrears - The policy will cover the rent if the tenant stop paying (no excess)*
Rent Arrears - The policy will continue to cover 50% of the rent for up to 2 months after the tenant leaves (allowing time for marketing and arrangement of a new tenancy)*
Legal Expenses - Up to Â£50,000 of legal expenses cover to cover the cost of repossessing your property (no excess)*
